Returns and refunds

Extract from the professional terms and conditions of sale of Napco Global SARL (articles 10 and 11). In the event of any discrepancy, the terms and conditions of sale prevail.

No right of withdrawal between professionals

The right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code is reserved for consumers and does not apply to orders placed on this portal, which is reserved for professional buyers acting in the course of their business.

Return procedure

No return may be made without the prior written agreement of the Seller and the allocation of a return number. Products returned without prior agreement will be refused and held at the Reseller's disposal, at the Reseller's cost and risk.

1. Send a written request to the sales department, specifying the references concerned, the quantities and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for the Seller's agreement and the return number, which must be legibly shown on the parcel and on the enclosed note.
3. Return the products in their original packaging, complete, in new condition and in perfect resale condition, carefully protected in a secure parcel.

The costs and risks of the return are borne by the Reseller, except where the return results from an error by the Seller or from a non-conforming product.

Products damaged in transit

Damage and shortages noted on receipt fall under the procedure for reservations with the carrier described in the shipping policy: written and reasoned reservations on the delivery note, confirmed to the carrier within three days (article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code), with a copy to the Seller. Failing this, no claim can be taken into account.

Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. The legal guarantee of conformity of the Consumer Code, reserved for consumers, does not apply between professionals.

Excluded from any guarantee are: normal wear and tear, damage resulting from abnormal use, from a lack of maintenance, from unsuitable storage, from prolonged exposure to the sun or to heat, as well as from a repair or modification carried out by the Reseller or a third party.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the Seller shall, at its choice, replace them, issue a credit note or make a refund, to the exclusion of any other compensation.
